Job Responsibilities
1. Able to independently manage the department's product operations, including but not limited to collecting and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch;
2. Able to establish effective data tracking mechanisms based on operational goals and current product status, promote optimization of operational plans according to business development needs, and be responsible for implementing online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets;
3. Continuously follow up on product effectiveness, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes to optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Good analytical skills and logical thinking, responsible, strong stress resistance, able to complete projects independently;
2. Insightful, independent analytical ability, strong learning and innovation capability, and good verbal communication skills;
3. Passionate about product operations, enthusiastic about innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Able to create PRD and prototypes; candidates with banking experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, or online earning industries are preferred;
5. Strong stress resistance, execution ability, and learning capability.
