The four-in-one air compressor is essentially an integrated solution for compressed air systems. Its core lies in the integrated design of four key components: screw air compressor host, air storage tank, refrigerated dryer, and precision filter. By optimizing the internal pipeline layout and integrating an intelligent control system, it achieves a full-process closed loop from air compression to the output of clean gas sources. Compared with traditional split-type units, its core advantages are compactness, high efficiency, and convenient operation and maintenance, making it widely applicable to small and medium-sized industrial and commercial gas usage scenarios.

1. Screw air compressor main unit: As the power core, it mostly adopts a direct-coupled drive double-screw structure. Some high-end models are equipped with permanent magnet variable frequency motors (IE4 energy efficiency level) and custom alloy rotors (such as 20CrMoTi material). The compression efficiency is enhanced and mechanical loss is reduced through a 5:6 tooth profile optimization design. The main unit sucks in atmospheric air and compresses it to the set pressure. At the same time, it achieves initial oil mist separation through an integrated oil-gas separation tank, and the pressure loss is controlled within a reasonable range.
2. Air receiver tank: Integrated at the bottom or side of the unit, with a volume typically ranging from 100 to 420 liters (depending on power matching), its core function is to stabilize air pressure fluctuations, buffer peak air consumption, and simultaneously settle liquid water and some oil droplets in the compressed air, reducing the load on subsequent purification stages. The tank is standardly equipped with a drain valve, which needs to be regularly opened to discharge condensate water to prevent rust and secondary pollution of the air source. 
3. Refrigerated air dryer: It adopts a plate-fin heat exchanger design. Through the refrigeration system, the compressed air is cooled to a dew point of 2-10℃, causing water vapor to condense into liquid and be discharged, effectively reducing the humidity of the air source (relative humidity ≤ 30%), and preventing pipeline rust and malfunction of air-using equipment. Some models are equipped with intelligent temperature control valves to avoid sudden oil temperature rise or oil shortage causing machine jamming at startup. 
4. Precision filters: Multiple 3-5 stage filtration systems are typically configured, gradually removing oil mists, particles, odors and other impurities from the air from coarse to fine filtration. Some high-end models can achieve near oil-free standards (oil content ≤ 0.01 ppm), meeting the strict requirements for air source cleanliness in industries such as electronics, food, and pharmaceuticals.

It is suitable for small and medium-scale gas demand, especially for scenarios with limited space and insufficient operation and maintenance resources. Specifically, it includes industries with high requirements for gas source cleanliness such as electronic manufacturing, food packaging, and pharmaceutical processing; precision mechanical processing fields such as laser cutting, CNC machining, and wood carving; mobile or temporary gas usage scenarios such as auto repair, construction fieldwork, and small-scale injection molding; and general manufacturing processes such as tobacco, printing, and textiles.
